Job Title: Bookkeeper and Office Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the dual role of Bookkeeper and Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing inventory, and overseeing office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping Duties:
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation across multiple warehouses.
- Manage inventory adjustments and transfers.
- Handle imported customer invoices and create container folders.
- Save vendor bills in appropriate folders and attach them to customer invoices.
- Conduct bank deposits and inventory valuation.
- Review vendor bills for discrepancies and make necessary adjustments.
- Assist with weekly consignment inventory and portal reconciliations.
- Enter item receipts for all received inventory and generate open PO and SO reports.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and manage vendor communications for credit memos.
- Send manifests to receiving locations and follow up for receiving reports.
- Upload invoices to the Uniport site and provide payment reports from the Stripe account.

Office Management and Customer Service Duties:
- Oversee daily order status reports and provide instructions for follow-ups.
- Manage supply orders and coordinate with team members for inventory needs.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding open orders and shipping logistics.
- Handle all imported orders and ensure timely shipping from LA.
- Collaborate on new product development and assist with marketing materials.
- Train new employees and manage employee paperwork and counseling.
- Organize office events and maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage cash drawer and troubleshoot office technology issues.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with Photoshop for marketing materials.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
