THE OPPORTUNITY
Join an elite team of master welders on a once-in-a-career project working directly with locomotives! This is not your typical welding job – this is a prestigious assignment that demands excellence and offers unparalleled hands-on experience with heavy rail equipment.

Duration: 8 weeks (firm commitment required)
Compensation: $35 per hour for qualified candidates with certification
Location: Mayfield, Kentucky
Start Date: Immediate
Competitive per diem for meals and lodging provided, with travel to client sites within a 50-mile radius.

CERTIFIED WELDERS (10 Positions)
Essential Requirements:

Current AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Certification
ASME Section IX Pressure Vessel Certification
Locomotive welding experience strongly preferred
Ability to work with heavy gauge steel and specialized locomotive components
Must commit to full 8-week duration - no exceptions

TEAM LEADER (1 Position)

Lead this exceptional team!
Essential Requirements:
All certifications required for welders PLUS
Proven leadership experience in industrial/heavy equipment welding
AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) preferred
Railroad or locomotive experience highly valued
Exceptional communication and team management skills
