Manufacturing Assembler Job Summary:
Assembler 1 manufactures and assembles a variety of configurations of mechanical and basic electrical assemblies used in electrical distribution systems.
Essential Functions:
  • Read shop drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Read Bills of Materials (BOMs) to determine component parts and assembly sequences of electromechanical units
  • Make electrical connections according to specifications
  • Assemble parts, and position, align, and fasten assemblies, subassemblies, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Modify parts by drilling, tapping, countersinking, etc. machine tools, power, and pneumatic hand tools.
  • Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.
  • Measure parts to determine tolerances, using tape measures and precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Attach labels and mark identifying information on parts.
  • Adhere to all company policies, guidelines and practices including the SECRIT values.
Additional Duties:
  • Cross training to work in other functional department of the plant
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Tool selection - determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
  • Oral Comprehension - The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  • Ability to operate cordless hand tools, power tools and pneumatic tools.
  • Ability to read shop drawings and wiring diagrams preferred.
  • Ability to read standard tape measure.
  • Ability to work in a cohesive team environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in manufacturing preferred
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
  • Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. occasionally; ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. often.
  • Finger Dexterity: The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
  • Manual Dexterity: The ability to quickly move hand, hand together with arm, or two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
  • Arm-Hand Steadiness: The ability to keep hand and arm steady while moving arm or while holding arm and hand in one position.

Inventory Control Position in Canonsburg, PA 
Weekday A: 6AM-4PM M-Th - Pay: $17/hr.
Weekday B: 8PM-6AM M-Th – Pay: $18/hr.


Main Job Duties:
Requests and print required reports for cycle counting.
Accurately count items in locations.
Reconcile inventory variances.
Identify item variances requiring recounts based on company policy and request counts.
Recount items for other team members.
Operate various types of material handling equipment (MHE).
Accurately cycle count items per daily cycle schedule.
Audit counts and determine items that require recounts.
Perform bin audits as assigned to fix inventory errors as they occur.
Education:  
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 
Prior inventory counting experience in distribution environment preferred.
Familiarity with distribution center inventory management systems.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Knowledge of distribution center building safety rules.
Ability to follow established work instructions.

Machine Operator role in Canonsburg, PA
Weekday A: 6AM-4PM M-Th - Pay: $18.50/hr.
Weekday B: 8PM-6AM M-Th – Pay: $19.50/hr.


Main Job Duties:   
  • Set-up, edit and operate Haas CNC machining centers 
  • Verify and document conformance of work using precision measuring instruments  
  • Use computer programs such as Syteline and Dispatch throughout the shift 
  • Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and practices 
  • Other duties as assigned by management 
  • Communicate with Quality, Engineering and Supervision as required  
Education:  
  • HS Diploma or equivalent  
  • Experience: 
  • 1 year of CNC Machinist experience preferred 
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with InventorCAM post-processing preferred       
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:  
  • Interest in g-codes and programming language  
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and sketches 
  • Proficiency in shop mathematics 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with production and engineering teams, both verbal and written

Material Handler in Canonsburg, PA

Job Description:
A Material Handler will be responsible for moving goods around warehouses or other industrial sites. In addition to loading and unloading deliveries from trucks and placing products in the designated locations.
Position Requirements:
  • Maneuvering forklifts safely within the facility
  • Stacking and unstacking goods onto shelves or pallets
  • Moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport
  • Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas
  • Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damages and reporting if needed
  • Wrapping pallets to prepare goods for transport
  • Keeping up to date on any safety regulations, as well as forklift operating procedures
  • Consolidating pallets as needed
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with some direction
  • Able to read and comprehend written instructions
  • Able to perform simple math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

Position Summary:
This Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for correctly pulling and packaging customer orders and preparing for shipment through LTL, UPS, and FedEx. This position requires high attention to detail with the ability to reconcile orders. 
Essential Functions
  • Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of outgoing shipments to verify information against orders and records.
  • Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons identifying shipping information on cartons.
  • Packages select preassembled containers, inserts items into containers, using spacers, fillers, and protective padding.
  • Uses computer programs such as Syteline, Internet, Fed Ex, and UPS regularly throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and practices.
Additional Duties
  • Load/unload trucks. 
  • Cross training to work in other functional departments of the plant.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
